Can I get a translator?

Removed the ability for Flagships to bomb planets. This was unbalancing Capital Victory with early rush sniping that players couldn't recover from or defend adequately against.


This to me says the ship that's leading a fleet can't bomb a planet?  Huh?


My guess is they mean Titans as flagships?

No. They mean the special flagship unit that you start with when you play with the flagship victory enabled. If you do not play with this mode nothing has changed. Your first capitalship and titans are fine.
