Tried chagning my ip adress and mac adress. ( yes the modem one not router/system) also changed my system mac adress, used alt username. same error still. i have no clue whats cuasing it , Windows firewall & defender are disabled, opened up my port double check router security settings, ( all disabled) god damn always something smal and stupid. but i have no extra apps running check all my services & bakcground processes, i konw what all the running ones are linked to. anyone have a slight idea.

All i need i irc.stardock.com a nickname ? right then once im connected type join # elemental, i cant even get on to irc.stardock.com what am i doing wrong grrrrrr. damn adderall i cant just walk away from this
