Why would SDC download the whole 84 MB if I only will update from 1.01 to 1.02 ??

Hallo,

why would SD-Centrale download the whole 84 MB if I only click on
UPDATE in the line "Installed 1.01, Available 1.02" ?
I have the CD-Version!

Or can I get a standalone-Version from 1.02 ?

but updating is frustrating!

Yes: I have updatet SD (Tools ...)
Yes: Atlanta Server
Yes: Edit Account and Register GalCiv again ..
Yes: Refresh ...

Because SDC needs to pull down it's 'baseline'. Once it has the baseline, it will then only pull down the updated/new files.

im updating from 1.02.036 to 1.02.037 and i have to download all 84MB again. (not the first or second time :( ) anybody knows why?

I see the new update now, I'm going from 1.02.36 and the update is 1.02.39, I am getting the 84MB option for download is this supposed to be normal?

Nopers. When I updated, it was short and quick.

However, the Multimedia shows updates, and that is taking the full 366 Meg. Sigh.

Well I fixed my problem of it showing these HUGE sizes for these updates that should be small. I uninstalled GalCiv and reinstalled it. I kept SDC installed though....seems it will show the small updates only if SDC is installed first.
