Using gameranger to play in the mean time. If you host on it advertise your game lobby as (legit)

I was able to play any online game after the beta patch. Before the beta patch I would connect to no players at all, after it... almost 100%. The patch after that, still worked great, now the May 14th one comes and I can always connect to the host but never to ANYONE else.
When I host a game I can connect to EVERY player but no one can connect to me.
This does not change if I am in the DMZ of my router's firewall, windows firewall on/off both public and domain levels (Windows 7.) If I plug straight into my modem (Qwest ADSL2) or if I forward a million ports, mod games files, .dll's ect...
I have re-installed demigod over 20 times, re-formatted my computer to 3 different OS's (XP 32-bit, Vista 64-bit and Windows 7 RC1 [7100]) several times now. Through all the the rebuilds nothing allowed me to connect to other players and then after my 4th OS rebuild I got the beta patch and it worked. So since I hate Vista I re-installed Windows 7 and LEFT MY FIREWALLS ON and my system and router in default configs, was still able to play fine. Then the may 14th patch came out and everything broke again.
The only thing that ever let me play online was the beta patch, the one after it and that's it. No amount of personal user config affects my ability to play games online at all. It's all Demigod software based at this point.
On a side note, VPN tools and apps such as Hamachi and Gameranger work 100% of the time for me with every and any patch. I play with other people that have purchased their copies of the game to support Stardock and Gaspowered Games as a company. However I would like the ability to play online again.
Please let me know if you need any more information such as dxdiags or what-not.

Same thing with me EStrider. May 14th patch killed my multiplayer fun. Trying to find some kind of response as to why that is but so far no luck...
For me no. I still have the same problems and they r starting to get incredibly annoying. I pretty much join a game and will be able to connect to the majority of the game but it won't be able to connect to 1 person at all (Sometimes more) and then i get kicked. A host told me one time that i was causing peoples connections to turn yellow (green when i wasn't there) then they turned yellow after i joined.
Not sure if this is relevent but sometimes i can connect to people and there ping remains at 0.
Ports r open tried with / without firewalls.
I still have problems connecting as well always one person never seems to connect to anyone
i purchased Demigod yesterday.
I Don't find any Games in Skirmish or Custom Game, when i tried it with GameRanger i get the NAT error, so i opened the specific Ports on my Router, now i can theoretically connect via Gameranger, but there are only Pirate Games :/
Custom Game/Skirmish still doesn't work for me. It's just an empty list, or endless search for opponent. I dunno how i can give more information cuz , there is none

I've done more troubleshooting but I'm about to leave for work so I'll ahve to post more later.
EDIT: Just incase I wasn't clear with what I said above, I am unable to currently use ANY online functionality at all, since the may 14th patch still.

Gameranger will work even if it gives that NAT error. It's just being helpful BEFORE you have a problem. 
Yes though, it is hard to find a legit version on there. I usually am on it for a few hours a day until they get the multiplayer working again.
Looks sarcastic to me. There is no information regarding the full settings yo uhave given the game, your network setup, and your computer hardware... only what operating system you are running.... which is not always completely relevant to your problem.
Why would I need to post any of that? Assuming you read what I wrote in my first post.
If they ask for it, I will give it. That is a non-issue.
However, those have nothing to do with what I brought up in the first place.
Latest patch has made connecting almost impossible, with a success ratio of about 1 out of 8 tries, with the game hanging 5 out of 7 times.
I have:
Vista 32bit, open ports on router & vista firewall exceptions for the game.
Same here, every Day 10 tries. No chance to play the Game. The first Day it works fine for me. After Last Patch not. I still want my money back. Please Contact me. Otherwise i have to go to my lawyer. Sad but true.

EDIT: It was done with a patch for demigod, just as expected.
