giving a friend a game

Hi! A friend of mine bought two copies of entrenchment on impulse. One for him and one for me (since i dont have a credit card) and now we can't find a way to transfer the game to my account. Pease help. I wanna play entrenchment lol.

by the way he sent an email to support and they said they dont give rebates!!! Where did rebates come in? He never mentioned a rebate lmao.

I imagine he got two serial keys? Blue button, top left, add product, enter one of the serial keys.

Hi, I had the same problem.

When your friend purchased both copies, both serials are connected now to his email adress or account.

So you can´t add the free serial to your account. Just send an email to [email protected]. Let that your friend handle it with his email.

Tell them to add the free serial (give them the serial you are talking about) to your emailadress.

After maybe 2 days everything will be fine. I did that when the game first came out, no problem.
