How do you get the campaing jet?

I can't find anywhere to buy a campaign jet when playing the game where do youf ind it

Um, you have it automatically. When you select your guy and then right click on a state, he'll move to that state via the jet (or train, or spaceship - depending on which scenario you are playing).
