The WB themes in our galleries are run with the Windowblinds program. It must be installed to use the WBA files.

As with all galleries with the exception of wallpapers, each library has a program needed to use the skins contained within.

Go here for a tutorial on installing and using skins Guide to using skins

all the galleries - such as the WindowBlinds gallery - that need software in order to run, also contain a link in the gallery description box to the appropriate website page to get the software

not all skins come with the wall shown in a screenshot

some skins come with a wall but it wasn't associated correctly

go into that skins folder and see if a wall is in it

usually the description will mention if a wall is included or not (and possibly where to get it if not)

sometimes it's not in the description but in comments that follow
