Is my graphics card new enough

My laptop has an Intel 82852/82855. Does this card support Shader 2.0? If not, will an update be made available for older cards to play the game, or will I have to send the game back or, if I can't find the receipt, will I have to eat my $20?

According to Intel's website (http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-014257.htm), your card does not meet the minimum requirements for the game.
