Start Menu Top Animation

I remember reading somewhere about when you're making an animation to add or subtract a pixel to make it work? I've been looking all over and can't seem to find this. I'm working on a user pane animation and have 4 frames, but I can't get it to work. The spacing is correct but it just won't budge. I'd appreciate any help.

I did find out the answer. You have to set the image size(part size) one pixel less than the actual size of the image file for it to work.
