Why are all my buttons flat

frustrated

When I look at a skin on the web site and I don't download it unless it will have that WINXP look I am still getting all the buttons and start bar and task bar  looking flat when I am applying it.,

I have the  settings to use the taskbar and the start bar with Vector Cell (which I know has rounded buttons).  All of my other setting are correctly set just from experience.  But even when I have to override the skin with Vector CEll they still come out blue but flat.  I want that xp look.

Open up your WindowBlinds-configuration panel - choose 'Settings' - then 'Advanced user settings' - right at the bottom of the panel there is a check-box which sais: "I want the default state of toolbar buttons to be flat" > make sure that box is un-ticked.

 

This probably won't affect the buttons on the start-panel but it should work on the toolbar-buttons.

laneiam go into WindowBlinds configuration copy and post your system info.
