[BUG] UI: target pane obscures top left shop item

When an object is targeted, and remains targeted when you visit a shop, the target pane prevents the top left item in shop windows from being selected.

If there's a no-target key that I don't know of, that'd also work.

I suppose I ought to note that this was at 1024x768.
