WENT TO INSTALL IT WONT ACCEPT THE FREAKING KEY

Hey I just bought this game and when I enter the key from the back of the cd in caps and small letters with dashes and no dashes it says it dont compute HELO

They had a problem with the printer - the zero's and "o"'s and 1's and "i"'s look alike - try mising those up

Thats a bit more serious than a bug.

Contact tech support, they should sort you out pretty quick.

LOL which tech support stardock or strategy first I already called strategy and they aint home u know the number for the other tech support im new to all this

it is in that format it goes two letters then 6 numbers then 2letters and a number then number letter number 4 letters and 3 numbers on the end

I mean it should be in capitals with dashes.

mine is slightly different:
xx-111111-xx1-x1xx1x1111

Though I got my copy direct from stardock, so the retail version might have a different format

I'd exchange it for another one of the same game at the store. Most stores do that no questions asked, if you have a receipt.
