Is there any way to select an incumbent? How do you get to the local interviews? Is there anyway to edit traits other than using the files? If not what are the filenames of all the issues? So I can edit them in the files.

The only thing I can really answer is about the interview. When a camera shows up on the map, you want to fly to its location, and an interview will happen. Hope thats what your looking for, if not, sorry, I apologize.
