did someone notice that there is a bug when you choose to auto deploy a seiging platform it is always out of range?

Yeah, that's been there for a while. I don't remember exactly, but I think the first upgrade to sieging range actually makes it so that it can reach from where it's deployed on auto-cast.

Not a bug, but it's also annoying that issuing the deploy-platform command frees up your siege capship's attack queue and it'll go off and chase down any enemy scouts in the gravwell instead of continuing to siege the planet unless you reissue the command. Fixing the OP's bug would also fix this annoyance because you could trust autocast to deploy the platform effectively.
