problems with galaxy force

first I would like to say that galaxy force is a great program, but...   I can not use it anymore, and I do not know what I am doing wrong.

I have 'reinstalled' my computer, so I had to reinstal SINS. so far   no problems.  but when I tried to use galaxyforce, I get a message that the program does not work,  and so I can not use galaxy force.   :SNIFF!: 

I really enjoyed making my own maps, so it would be great if someone can help me.

I'am running v 1.03     I do not know if this has something to do with it

Make sure you patch up your fresh Windows install with the .NET framework from Microsoft - it's needed to run GalaxyForge and probably is what's causing your problem.

thanks dude, but the message is not saying anything about .net framework.
I have .net 2.0, so I do not think that is the problem. but thanks for your advice

I am from Holland, so the message is in dutch. I will try to translate it, but it is not regular english that we learn in class :p so it will take a few minutes
