Actually, in some programming languages, if you have a data-type that goes up to 10.0 and you feed it 11.0, it will wrap around to 0.0. Gamespot likely rated the game an 11.0 then.

I found this out by accident when doing a Java program for a class under extremely restricted circumstances. I completely expected to get an error, but to my surprise my numbers just kept wrapping around.
Or, 0.0 could be the look on their faces like AndoSkei said. We all know you have to be weird to work for a game media site. Having one nostril constitutes weird.
