Forum Suggestion

Not to beat a dead horse, but has anyone thought about looking at WWWThreads (now UBB.threads @ http://www.infopop.com/products/ubbthreads) for the forums? It's almost impossible to follow the conversation in most of these discussions once you get a couple dozen replies. Threads runs well on some fairly large sites and more importantly uses templates that would make it fairly easy to integrate into the site.

I think they use this interface because they're trying to encourage people to use the Stardock Central software to follow discussions?

Yeah, but even then SDC doesn't support post threading, which makes it almost impossible to follow or get anything useful out of a long discussion.

Well I started my own forum using ubbThreads, and 30 minutes laters the post came up for Forum Suggestions. :)

From what I have read before, this forum format isin't going to change, and its planned to stay the way it is...to the best of my knowledge.

The only thing I remember Brad talking about was something like a e-mail notification if your post(s) were replied to (and a couple of other things).
