something darts away

stay to the lights

...dont stop...
dont look
...keep moving...
only a block to go
...no lights now...
still behind, closing
...running now...
fumbling with keys

...quickly through the door...
slam! locked!
...the back porch...
Someone there
...heart pumping faster...
to your room!
...lock the door...
Safe?
...the bedroom mirror...
you are being watched
