Most Impressive Victory Type

I recently began playing GC again, and was interested to see how the Metaverse has progressed. What are some opinions on the most impressive victory type? I'm not talking about scoring, just which type is the most difficult in the game. I believe winning the beyond human way on the upper difficulty levels while trying to remain peaceful in nature is the most difficult way to win. It seems like alliance victories are the easiest and quickest. Any other opinions?

Newfy, my fellow Guardian, plays a game where as soon as he meets an allien he declares war on them no matter what, and goes for pure military victory. To me that's the most impressive victory.

He plays non-masso level's for fun, not score. :D

The most difficult win I have ever gotten is a military victory at maso/gigantic/abundant/research inc. Had to defeat all seven of them. Took about 80 hours to complete. Not something I will likely do again.

Yeah FC, I don't know if that would qualify as most impressive, most tedious, or most Masochistic!!! LOL LOL LOL ;)

Impressive?

Use a custom map, random gigantic rare planets (quanity) in groups, then modified where you get a single 16 home world at 10 influence at start and each AI gets two 24 worlds at 50 influence each at start, home worlds all equal distances apart, minors off at start, hardest level, mil victory or tech victory....

Nope, haven't won trying that - but I think it would definately be a rough game, impressive win.

I do find that playing this way I get more enjoyment out of a game. There is nothing like having all the Major AI after you all the time. You can't do that playing MASO though :D

My most impressive victory was a start with a PQ20 Earth, A PQ26 Sol V, and one PQ14 planet in another system. All other stars were so far out of range, that the AI was there long befor me. So I consentrated on grabbing a few resources, got one moral, two econ, and one influence. By jan 2190 I had not yet found the last race, but in feb 2191 I won an aliance victory. But it was close, Those bastards were very expensive to bribe :HOT:

Forgot to mention: it was a Gigantic, maso game and a 60K win.
