stuck at jear 2182

hi ppl a noob question :P
i did get this game frome a friend on cd he did boght it til this game came out now i did got it as a gift ;p

so i play it but how come i always get a ending in jear 2182 i got trown in jail ?? no mather wat i do it always happen :(

so wat to do to not get trown in jail ?

i did get the ppl happy moral is great and population is fine also so ???

IIRC the demo version (or the registered one without a key) would stop arounf then.
