The poeple who bought AP, and who may not even GET GC2 are able to view the GC2 site. The people who have already pre-ordered GC2 arent able to view the site. That makes sense.
I preordered, and can't even find out about what I've bought, awesome job guys.

When, the Galciv II site used a serial ID to identify yourself and check if you have the rights to see the site. I guess that those that have pre-ordered haven't received a serial ID yet. but they will received one if they are supposed to be able to participate in the beta, since http://www.galciv.com/index.asp?action=full&NewsID=543 hinted that those who preorder will particpate in the beta (as well as owners of a totalgaming.net subscription that haven't yet expired)

don't panic. You'll be able to see the site long before the actual beta starts. I'm sure it's just a slight mistake that pre-orders can't yet view the site.
To be fair to Stardock, only the people who have actually bought GC, AP or TGN directly from Stardock and given money to them have made the sequel possible, so it's only fair that they get the first look. Pre-orders haven't yet actually paid anything, but will certainly get a look soon. And those who bought GC in a shop, sadly haven't actually contributed to the sequel either (due to strategy First not paying) but will also get a look soon.

Yea that's definitely kind of stupid on our part.  On the other hand, the beta site will be up for everyone in about 2 weeks.
