Do these events always occur at thse times?

c. 2186: Rebel planets form League of Non-Aligned Worlds (what does this mean exactly?)

c. 2191: New era of economic prosperity begins (wow! surplus $ went from 10 to 400!!!)

What other "events" should I expect?

There will be more events to come, but not all of them will occure in the same game.

Non-Aligned Worlds (aka the I-League) is basically another minor race. But be careful, if you let the moral on one of your planets slip then you citizens might rebel and join the I-Legue.

Economic prosperity is...well..economic prosperity. It will end eventually so dont get your hopes up

The year doesnt matter. Events can occure at any time...

The League of Non-Aligned Worlds will appear in alomst every game (along with the Pirates), but when is entirely subject to change. Both occur semi-randomly after certain conditions exist.
