Logistic Slots...

hi fellow solar fans-- can someone tell me where the "logistic slots" are located and how i can get them higher?-- i keep getting stopped when i try to add new military or civic labs around my planets and as u know then i can't research certain areas-- i'm probably missing something simple, but it's very frustrating-- thanks and death to the pirates!-- Regards, shadow

When you click on a planet you know where you click to build a civics lab. The top left hand button in that window will lead you to planets upgrades one of them will let you upgrade logistic slots to a certain extent. If you want to see the cap for each upgrade you put you cursor over the button that got you to the planet upgrade screen and there should be a popup of how many upgrades that planet has had in each type. And what the limit is for each.

Select the planet and click the planet upgrades button (it's the upper left green icon in the actions section). Upgrade Logistics is the lower left button in the next menu.
