Pathetic Noob question

I'm downloading Galciv_setup_full.zip (465.69 mb) and I already have stardockcentralrc1.exe (2.39 mb)

Do I run the .exe first or unzip the .zip file and install the game first?

Please write slowly, as I am a slow reader

I think you unzip Galciv_setup_full.zip into a temp dir then run the setup. You shouldn't need stardockcentralrc1.exe untill you need to update the game.
