Purchase online question...

When you purchase the game online and download it, I understand that you can get the CD for the cost of shipping.

My question is: Do you just get the CD, or do you get the paper manual and box as well?

If you just end up getting the CD, does it come in a jewel case?

You get a DVD box with a CDcd and no printed manual (PDF manual)
