Can Not See Button

Greetings

I have created a group of buttons for the top right corner of hte window

they go from right to left in this order with locations in Skin studio

Close 21,2
Maximize/Restore 39,2
Roll UP 57,2
Transparency 75,2
Minimize 93,2
Always On Top 111,2

Button is set to Always Show Button
Relative to top Right at 111,2
Action for Button is Force Window to be Always on Top
Each button has 20 Frames at 100 Animation Rate

This Always on Top Button Will not show up When I apply the skin. Can anyone eHelp me?

What's the Visibilty Setting?

Visibility is set to Always Show Button

tHE BUTTON shows up on the preview but not when it is applied
