Bug in 5A

There seems to be a small bug with the little pie chart in the lower left corner. After a time it seems to ignore the civs with the most money!

I reported this on a previous build, but I have a different case now. The Altarians surrendered to the Drengins, now my pie chart is all light blue (the Alt's color).

Yep....that seems to fit with what I'm seeing sometimes....though this game it's been all Yor color with the Yor still active and holding several planets (it was the Arceans who folded).

(And the Torians who are the big competition).
