Unless I am mistaken, INT only comes into play when you are talking with a reporter, which doesn't happen that often- in fact, you can skip those encounters altogether!
Is the effect of INT on a conversation good enough to warrant putting points into it, or keeping it at level 5?
How about all the 'core issue's? If you have points in Religion, what bonus(es) do you get? Are they worth it?
And last but not least, which skills are the ones that should be maxed (or at least heavily invested into)?
