In galciv 3 there was a small overview mam(lower right corner) so one can the the galaxy in one view.
What happened? Did that map also disappear?
It was not added, as it was deemed to be not that useful since you can zoom-out.

Find that very pitty because with zooming out, you cannot see the full map.
