Greetings.
This software is pretty neat. I actually bought it fairly quickly since tabs are the big convenience for a multitasker such as myself.
However, there are two features that I almost feel are necessary to add.
The first being pinning tabs. This exists both in Chrome and Firefox, possibly other major web browsers as well, and works as expected. Right-clicking a tab and selecting pin makes it jump to the far left and stay there until unpinned. You can pin as many tabs as you want. In the browsers, though, the pinned tabs have a few differences, like showing no title and no close button, but I'd personally prefer it if they looked the same as normal tabs do (plus this would involve less work to implement).
This leads me to my next suggestion.: a toggle that, when turned on, automatically pins the currently active tab. That way whatever window/tab you are currently working with would show its title (ie tab) on the top-left and it would feel natural when checking the titlebar. And since the tab would technically be pinned while active, it could automatically be unpinned when another tab is active, so it just returns to its original position. Example: PowerPoint as tab 5 and Word as tab 3. We select PowerPoint and it now becomes tab 1 (pinned). We select Word, so PowerPoint shifts back to 5, while Word moves to being tab 1 (pinned).
I do have more feature suggestions unrelated to pinning (that I feel would really make Groupy a complete experience), but am curious to hear your responses first.
Cheers
