It comes from me, based on my 6k games, ppl I have been watching and playing against, and my military leadership experience. Any other questions? Who is it for? The people playing the game, why do u ask questions u know the answer too?

Who is this for? Where does this come from? What are the criteria? Context.

It's a reference to the skill level of pro players who play in the (vanilla) 5v5's - 10 real guys, no AI's (TM).
