I play the Koraths, and for the purposes of the test, I am allied with the Drengins.
So I see the map unveiled by the Drengin ships.

The Drengins have sent a Trade ship to the planet "Gloumia".
On the planet "Gloumia" there is a Wormhole Generator.
It is the only planet revealed at this time of the game with a Wormhole Generator.
The civilization that owns the planet "Gloumia" (I don't know its name) used the Wormhole Generator on my ship "K.C.S. Scout M2-2".
Apparently, this civilization has no way of knowing the position of my ships.

Is it normal that this civilization can use an artifact under these conditions?
