When I add a spy on the improvement of a foreign planet, the data in the "Surveillance Data" column (Population, Raw Production, Approval, etc.) is not updated.
So I cannot determine and decide what I am doing.
It's annoying and not very practical.
How is it supposed to work?

The planet without any spy positioned.



The planet with a spy positioned on the "Capital City".
The data in the "Surveillance Data" column is not updated.



The planet with ten spies positioned on the "Capital City".
The data in the "Surveillance Data" column is not updated.



The next turn, the data is updated.
I would have liked to have had this information when the spies were positioned on the planet.
How to decide on positioning without having feedback on the effects?
