AI at start at war with player - possible to mod this?

for example, i play federation, AI has the borg.

I dont want that the borg make a trade-offer to me at the start...

i would like to act them as they are - assimilating everything without questioning. Just at war from the beginning on.

 

Is that possible to mod?

The only idea that comes to mind is to check how the Dread Lords or pirates are set up to always be at war.

In FactionsDefs.

Pirates have the following tag

<SpecialBehavior>AtWarWithAll</SpecialBehavior>

The Dread Lords also have it.

In a 1 vs 1 game i can use it and will try it.

For bigger maps i would need a "atwarwithplayer", but thats probably not implemented .)

There might be something in the campaign files. I know you couldn't make peace with certain civs in them.
