1 Change the Ai so they make more than just one building everywhere.
2 make ai use bonus tiles properly.
3 have Ai use farms and cities.
5 make Ai update their ships so they don't build a ton crappy low powered ships.
5 .1 growth sucks like the thalans. Yor to weak and slow
6 make so that buildings that you can only build one of, per civilization, If you capture one make those not count
