Dear Admins and support team,

I am playing this game since recently. It's great but the multiplayer keeps crushing. Almost every game crashes either on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd turn. After restoring session and continuing playing it crashes randomly every 5-10-20 turns. I have trying re-installing the game but it didn't fix the problem. I also tried deleting the 'designs folder on both my PC and my Friend's PC and rechecking the game but this didn't work as well. Every time I 'validate files' I get 1 message saying: "2 files were not validated and will be reacquired" . I checked my anti-virus for quarantined files and didn't find any.

I am running out of ideas what to do. Could you help me please?
