Hi everyone,
since some weeks i play maps without anomalies, cause i find artifacts and the 25% tech-bonus capsules too strong - especially for me, but also for the ai.
Is there a way to mod those to lets say 3% tech+ ? ALso the artifacts from 100% to 5%?
If yes, how to?
Its much more interesting to play with those things to explore and get a little bonus, but only if the bonus is small (imo). Ship graveyards and space junk are already balanced i think.
