After many games, I got the blinking planet list again.
This is a new game with the latest version of GalCiv3 and the new DLC. I am not using mods.

Yea i still have the blinking. Does it kick you back to the top of the list with each blink? That was fxxxxxxx annoying, before, but not doing it anymore although its still blinking, but so long as it dousn't kick, i hardly care about it blinking.
