Galciv 3 founder without access to founder forum

Hey. I have bought the galciv 3 founders edition back in the days but when I click on the galciv3 founders forum I get a "no access" message. Why is this?

Sorry you're having trouble, can you confirm that you are logged into the forums with the same account that you bought the founders edition with? If it still doesn't work, please contact support@stardock.com and they will help you further.
