Torian tech tree in Mercenaries expansion

No Torian basic buildings

Am I missing something? I'm trying to play the Torian confederacy in the campaign but there are no basic buildings to build. I.e. I can't find no basic factories or any basic research buildings in the planet builder. When checking the Torian tech tree, there are no such buildings possible to research either. I'm sorry if some one already have posted an explanation regarding this, but I've tried to search in the forum but I haven't found any post yet.

I dont know what you mean if i play them i have a basic research and a basic factory without anything done in the research tree.

basic factory (here einfache fabrik) and learncenter (here lernzentrum)

I don't have those. I have GalCiv3 - Mercenaries expansion installed on both my stationary PC and also on my laptop. but I'm not able to see any basic buildings when playing Torian on any of my computers.

 

Though when I play Areceans then I'm able to build these buildings.

When checking the TorianTechDefs.xml file, I see that after the "TorianInfrastructureTech", it immediately continues with the "TorianIndustrialSpecialization1". But isn't that the factory update tech? It seems that I miss the basic buildings techs in my TorianTechDefs.xml file. If that's the case, how do I get a non-corrupt file?

If the game is in steam there should no problem if you delete and download the game again. I mean thats how you fix broken files normally right ?

Are you planning on the live build?  Can you submit a ticket (https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) with the save game attached so we can take a look?  Thank you.

I've deleted all local files and re-installed GalCiv3 again. However, it didn't help. Beside a consulate, there still isn't any basic buildings to build in the planet interface. And the Torian tech tree still misses all the basic factory, research and economic buildings.

Note! I'm trying to play a sand box (custom) game and not any campaign.
