it would also appear that whole perks in the ideology tree dont work (watchful doesn't grant fighters, the benevolent perk that stops war declaration doesn't work a lot of the time).

There is a lot of strange bugs that I'm surprised have persisted so long into the game's life cycle. The ticket system is obtuse, and even when you respond and carry out their lengthy instructions, they often respond a week later as if you've not done anything and just close the ticket.

Wish someone from their staff would just investigate bugs reported on the forum and respond to threads rather than just ignore them.

I agree on three counts.

1) I also didn't get this -10% mass reduction.

2) There still remain too many of these little bugs.

3) These things and some new bugs that seem to creep in prevent this game from being as good as it should be.

Lets hope some of these are addressed before 1.5 patch goes live!
