Where is the file or what file is it to adjust the starting credits for a custom race? I found where to adjust the standard races but cannot seem to locate the custom race.
For ones made in-game, you can't. For actual modded races, go into FactionDefs.xml and find/add the line that says
<CreditsInit>5000</CreditsInit>
You can change this to what you want, with obvious effects.
