I did submit a ticket. I also submitted a ticket maybe a week or two ago about another issue with no response but the "canned auto-responder".
Having said that, I found a fix. I did go through all of the things the auto-responder requested I do to try to make Sins work (took about an hour), with no favorable result. But here's what I found. Installing the game automatically read my system and created a settings file for me. The problem is that even though the game says "the minimum res is 1024x786 and is only limited on the top by your system" (I have (2x) 2 gig top end NVidia graphics cards which present NO issue running top of the line new games, btw), this simply isn't true. I have a 4k monitor, and the auto setting didn't work. I went in and manually set the resolution by changing the values in the settings file to basically the 2k settings, and the game works fine.
