At a certain moment i left the U.P (united planets) union, because i want to go to war
But before i left there was a peace treaty for a half year valid.
I stepped out of the U.P ( cannot come back ) there , but i cannot go to war, because there is message that there is a peace treaty currently valid.
How to break this peace treaty..casus belli ?
