the Problem with Laptop Coolers is that they have to sit right under the Air-Intakes to get some cooling Effect on CPU / GPU ,second Problem is caused by the Power Limitations from USB Connections - those Fans arent very efficient ,to slow and not enough Air moved into the Laptop - if compared to a regular Fan in a Desktop Computer.
For Example i am using a MSI GE 70 ( not exactly the Best Product if it comes to Heat Management ) it is running @ 70 Degrees Celsius under max Load on GPU/CPU,stable but hot.
With a Laptop Cooler the best Results i could get are 2 or 3 Degrees Celsius lower then without it ( Cooler Master NotePal U3 )
I also tried Products from Thermaltake with the same Results
