1.03 opt-in feedback

Bugs:
  1. Galaxy map resets zoom level to minimum after each turn.  The zoom seems to be trying to keep only my empire visible rather than stay at the level that I set.
  2. "Distance Out of Range" Tool Tip appears over the Graph on the side menu.  This seems out of place and does not provide me with any useful information
  3. Building/Project tool tips obscure the project details the cursor is hovering over the project.  I recommend having the tool tip snap to the left of the project menu.  Making it semi-transparent may work, but will still obscure details.
Text:
  1. The colonization event "Collapsing Ice Bridge" occurs for a barren worlds(which has no life forms to rescue).  This would make more sense for a normal or even an  ice world.
  2. Dark Yor intro text addresses the Yor as if they are organic life forms.  This makes no sense.
Aesthetics:
  1. Thulium Planets look like Kuiper Belt objects (i.e. Pluto) consider placing them further away from their stars.
  2. Bring back Gas Giant planet type.  This distinction give each solar system some character.
  3. Give Thul and Prom resources, planet names.  Leo I (dead world) Leo II (class 4) Leo III (Gas Giant) Leo IV(Thulium)

I really hate what 1.03 did with constructor request and static design ships.  Much better solutions are out there (IMO)
