Maybe my question sounds a little crazy.

But does the AI have the same conditions for victory as me?

What I mean is, that I sometimes find it a little boring just to "hack-'n-slash" me to a victory, so I sometimes choce to have only a few (of the other) victory conditions. But if I i.e. don't allow myself to conquer the other opponents, can they then just conquer me and win the game. Probably my question is a little hypothetical, because if they crush me totally ... I'm kind of dead. But are the AI going for this opportunity anyway?
