Improvment updates will build two times in MP

Hello,

a friend and I have a problem that all automatic improvments were build two times.

This happens for me in MP only. If i start the same savegame in SP all is working fine.

I couldn't found a bugreport about this. I am not sure if our savegame is helpful.

Had somebody else this bug?
