Regarding the aesthetics of the planets, the devs have finally made the night side of the planets look darker (it was too bright before, didn't look like the night side). But now, they need to make the city lights brighter. So far, they don't really look like lights. They look like shady white spots on the planets. So just make them a bit brighter if they are to represent city lights, after all, lights are bright (duh).
