Most of us (I would imagine) if we had a choice between 10 pragmatic points that adds 25% research to a planet and 10 other points that don't on a planet that has 50% research bonus already, we'd choose to stack more research in order to make this a major research planet.

Unforunately at the start of the game you can have quite a few colonizers in space at once, it can be hard to understand which choice you are making for which planet. It would be very nice to see which planet and what the bonuses are - on this screen.

I'd also add it to the planetary management screen. (Where you can place buildings).
